Capello: De Rossi speaks to Roma players differently to Mourinho

Former Roma coach Fabio Capello can see how captain Lorenzo Pellegrini is thriving under coach Daniele de Rossi.

Capello believes the midfielder struggled under former coach Jose Mourinho.
