Akanji confident Man City ready for title assault

Defender Manuel Akanji believes Manchester City are in a strong position with respect to the Premier League title.

The Citizens are battling the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool for the league title this season.

They take on Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium, looking to go back top.

We're not happy if we finish second in the league or as runner-up in the Champions League," the Swiss international told GQ.
