Bill Belichick refuses to talk about his future with the Patriots

It's no surprise that New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has remained silent on his future with the organization.

This is a guy who has given nothing to the media throughout 24 seasons and six Super Bowl wins with the Patriots. He once famously said that he was "on to Cincinnati" after a tough loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2014.

"It's nothing about the past, nothing about the future. Right now we're preparing for Cincinnati," Belichick had said.

In the wake of a Monday report from NBC Sports Boston that Belichick and New England would part ways after this season, the legendary head coach brought back the same line of thinking.

"I'm getting ready for Kansas City," Belichick said in response to multiple questions about his future with the team.

Belichick is a legendary head coach who, as mentioned, helped bring six Lombardi trophies to New England, but things have not been the same since Tom Brady left for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ahead of the 2020 season.

Brady went on to win a Super Bowl in his first year with the Bucs.

Including this season's 3-10 record, Belichick and the Pats have gone 28-35 since Brady's departure.
